This visual evidence suggest he had created ambitious plans to transform the 161-acre island by erecting residences, an open-air theater, an submerged workspace and a pool.
Marked on the plan is Pillsbury Sound, a waterway in the US Virgin Islands, marked on the lower right-hand corner.
This development map is annotated in handwritten red notes and contains a key detailing various parts of the property.
In addition to the main plan are what appear to be nine other property layouts and engineering blueprints, such as designs for dock shelters.
